Other locations the parking lot is separate from the actual camp area and they do not allow people to sleep in the parking lot.

We just ask that you do not drive along the beaches, so the truck doesn't get taken by the ocean🙂 If you do drive up and down the beaches, a $500 fee will be charged to your credit card. Thank you for respecting the truck and caring about its well-being.
-Please do not step on the hood, or roof it will dent and bend. Also do not climb on top of tent.
-If excessive cleaning is required of us upon return, extra charges will be added. We expect to wash the linens, but a filthy or damaged vehicle will result in extra fees.
-Included in your reservation, we supply the rental with clean bedding, kitchen essentials, beach essentials, and miscellaneous supplies. Each item taken or damaged will result in a charge of $20 per item to your credit card, plus the cost of the item.
-This Rental will have a full tank of gas upon your check-in. All Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas upon check-out. In the instance that the gas tank is not full upon return, a charge of $8/gallon will go to your credit card.
-Parking and road tickets are the renter’s responsibility. Must be paid by renter or we will charge a handling fee of $50 per ticket.
