Everything went well, no complaints, we would rent from them again in the future, Renee was very sweet and easy to speak to. They dropped the trailer off and set it all up for us. So all we had to do was move in. The only thing I would say is if you want to sleep comfortable and you’re tall, there’s a wall at the foot of the bed. And also bring a mattress topper for added comfort as it’s a standard trailer mattress- I brought our bamboo one just cuz we have bad backs and I know what those mattresses are like unless upgraded. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Service 10/10, A+ service and friendly people, very welcoming!!! No complaints at all trip went without a hitch, 1500kms Okanagan to Rockies Loop was a blast. If I had to nitpick something the RV we had was showing its age a bit, but she got us there and back all good!!!
