The tent was super comfy and very easy and fast to set up and down. Only the quality of the pans wasnt good. You can only boil water, not possible to fry eggs, pancakes etc. everything burns immediatly.

The truck is very easy to drive and isn't too fuel-hungry, so it's good for people who aren't used to driving a pick-up! However, it's getting a bit old, and could do with a refresh. The camping equipment is very basic, and a few small items such as a can opener could be added. The tent had trouble withstanding the moderate wind, but the rest of the camping equipment is sufficient for Kauai.

Great car! Perfect for the long weekend! Three person tent is bigger than expected! Lots of supplies in the back!

Overall good trip. We had some issues with communication as Melvin took ~24 hours to respond with respect to missing items. Specifically, headlamps, lantern, and sleeping pads, which led to a miserable two nights sleeping. If you are an avid camper, don’t expect the high quality gear you have at home. It’s Walmart camping pots and pans. Ozark trails sleeping pads. The 3 inch “memory foam” is not enough to keep your hips from hitting the hard camper tent floor. The Coleman stove worked well. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle to get you around the island with baseline camping amenities, this is your vehicle. Knowing what I know now, I would have brought more of my own gear from home.
