Justin was highly communicative, flexible with pickup/drop-off, and went above and beyond by delivering the trailer and assisting with a vehicle jump-start. He ensured everything was ready and explained the ins and outs.

The trailer pulled nicely, was very easy to tow, and fit in most camping spots. It was consistently praised for being squeaky clean, well-stocked with amenities like a Blackstone grill, plush towels, games, an efficient generator, and cold AC.
