Hosts are frequently praised for quick communication, patience, and accommodating last-minute requests. However, one severe instance involved denying responsibility for a sewage issue and refund, requiring external escalation through Outdoorsy.

The trailer is frequently noted as clean, immaculate, and stocked with various amenities from extra bedding to s'more sticks. One rental, however, had sewage contamination on the floor, making it unsanitary and unusable.

1.0We cannot recommend this host. At pickup, the black water tank gauges showed full. When we questioned it, the host told us the gauges were inaccurate and that the tanks were empty. Shortly after leaving, we discovered sewage-contaminated water on the floor of the trailer, making it unsanitary and unusable for our family. Rather than taking responsibility, the hosts initially denied our refund request and forced us to escalate the matter through Outdoorsy. After reviewing the evidence, Outdoorsy sided with us and issued a refund. The sewage issue alone was unacceptable, but the hosts' handling of the situation and refusal to make things right made the experience even worse.

5.0Wow! This was probably the best overall experience I've had with a rental host (house, RV, etc). Sunset RV worked with us to accommodate a last minute delivery when our other host was unresponsive. They made the process smooth and seamless with fast and frequent communication. When we got to the RV, it was setup with the AC on and looked brand new on the inside. Everything was SO clean and it was stocked with everything you would need. It's truly the most stress-free experience to arrive only needing food. Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism! Will be going directly to you from now on for our family's RV trips!

5.0Sunset RV was awesome! This was our first time renting an RV and we had many questions. Sunset RV was so responsive and patient with all of our questions. The trailer was immaculate and beautiful. They delivered it as expected and took the time to go over things with us. They even answered questions we had during our trip, right away. They made us feel so comfortable and were so communicative. We would choose them again for our future camping adventures. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and making our camping trip successful.

5.0Sunset RV was a pleasure to work with. Great communication between us. The trailer was stocked. Pretty much everything you forget when you leave for a trip, was in the trailer. From a toaster to smore sticks to extra bedding and towels, it was there. I will definitely be renting with them again.
