It has all kitchen supplies, bath supplies and plenty of outdoor chairs, an outside carpet with extra fridge to enjoy the beautiful outside weather with or without the awning. David was a very conscientious host. He was a very good communicator and I felt put at ease with the set up and removal processes. He worked to be on time and helped with any questions I had during our stay. He made the rental stress free.
