Cathy (and Doug) proactively secured electrical hookups, refilled water during a trip, helped ship lost items, and provided thorough explanations of RV functions. They are consistently praised for timely delivery, setup, and pickup.

5.0Cathy went above and beyond. Got to the campgrounds super early so that she could nab one of the few electrical connects for us. Communicative and easy to work with. Camper was clean and properly stocked. Also forgot my daughters kindle in the camper and she was super helpful in getting it shipped out to me — thanks Cathy. 👍👍 Two Thumbs Up
