Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. My trailer was supposed to be delivered Thursday evening and was but had to be taken back because the slides did not work, they brought back another trailer the following morning, it was disgusting !!!! it had boogers on the windows, it had stool on the toliet seat, the refridgerator had black mold and the bedding was still on from the previous guest the blinds where broken in the bunk room, which caused light to shine in that room all night (as they put it right under a light post) so no one in that room slept..there was no water pressure and the ac couldnt keep up with the heat and it smelled like it had a full tank of septic waste (which Maddy could smell as well). I called and Talked to Maddy the office manager and she came out apologized and helped me clean the rest of the mess up because it took me a few hours to get that done before everyone showed up...she brought toilet paper, napkins, soap and sponges to help make up for the inconveince , and said they'd be refunding the first night ...which they should since it wasnt even there....but we still havent seen that or gotten an email about it , this was not a pleasant experience for us with outdoorsy, our first one was amazing but this one definetly left a bda taste in our mouths...we own our own trailer put have it centerally located and using outdoorsy is such a conveince for us...but i'm not sure we will use this app again because of this last encounter...we have to have a clean and comfortable enviroment, we are a competition cook off team and we have to be able to relax the few hours we get...we dont party in the trailers or leave a nasty mess we return it as clean (in this case a whole lot cleaner) than we get it....we treat it like its our own....I'd like my refund for the day the trailer was not there ...

RV listing is accurate with plenty of room, cleanliness was ok. But The Black tank was clogged which is RV issue caused clogging and unable to wash dishes and use bathroom on our second day.

Our experience with outdoorsy was awesome! My family had a blast from our RV. Special shout out to Mrs Maddie for helping me out on everything. She always answered my calls no matter what is was! Mr. John for dropping off a my RV at a very accurate time . Let’s not forget, Mr. Jacob, our technician guy for helping us out on the water connections. We will be Reserving another one next year. Thanks again
