Everything was great! My only complaint would be the dishes were dirty and so were the drawers and cabinets they are stored in. Easy fix though, I just washed the few dishes we needed before and after use.

I had such a great experience with Fireside RV! I worked with George throughout the process and he was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Everything was seamless from start to finish, the RV was great, and everything worked out exactly as expected.

The overall experience was not as expexcted. The inside refrigirator did not work at all and eventhough a repair tech came out he could not repair it, he did leave us with a cooler to use. The unit was so warm inside I do think that they knew or should have known it did not work before we arrived. The toilet did not flush very good, not our fault we did all our big business at the comfort station. The hot water was SCALDING HOT and would have been dangerous for a child. Our contact person never called us back about the toilet, and never followed up about the refrigirator repair.

The RV was perfect for us and our pup to have an awesome weekend camping with friends. The team at Fireside is super communicative, helpful and went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed (including a smaller camper) to have a great weekend! Would 100% recommend - especially to new RV renters.

It was our first time renting an RV or having an RV experience so we enjoyed experiencing the trip and we enjoyed what we saw, but the RV was not to our expectations.The cost of this rental was too high for the lack of quality.
- Over 70 decibels of noise continuously while driving (we measured)
- The house battery was unable to power the RV
The vehicle was not mechanically sound - as soon as we started our trip the engine was making noises (we were told it was the turbo engine)
The cargo storage bin was retaining water, and the outdoor rug provided had an overpowering odor of cat urine that rendered it unusable.

This RV needs a full maintenance before being rented out again. Running water and A/C did not work when we rented it. The hosts did refund us 20% of the rental price, but I feel like they did not take our concerns with the repairs seriously, so I would be cautious about renting. They said they would come fix the running water issue in the morning and then never showed up. Also the pictures on the listing were taken when the camper was newer and do not accurately depict the cosmetic damage inside the camper. Otherwise, the host was very friendly and pick-up and drop-off was easy. If you rent this camper I would message the host first and make sure it has been maintenanced and the concerns were addressed.
