The RV was great and the price was reasonable. Made a lot of memories out on the lake and came back every night to the comfort that wasn’t far from that of my home.

I do not recommend this RV rental services. My husband and I rented an RV for 10 days. Upon arrival the RV was leaking fluid, my husband asked the man about it and he said it wasn’t from this RV, that he had just parked it there. We go inside and it’s dirty. Crumbs on the beds and couch, the guy said he had just disinfected it. The kitchen table was wet with what smelt like Febreze. My husband tried to reassure me of our trip and promised to actually disinfect it once we got it home. Once we got home with it my husband grabbed cleaning supplies and went to start cleaning it for our trip and found a rats nest, and multiple packs of moldy buns, used paper plates, opened chips, etc in the cabinets. My husband reached out to the guy and he apologized. We continued to clean the unit for our trip. We made it 2 hours into our 10 hour drive and the RV shut off. We were able to find a near by KOA and get a spot for the night, we could not reach any customer services at this point. The next day my husband rented a vehicle for me and our four small children to come home in, and he made the trip back home in the RV, it took him almost 5 hours to get 2 hours down the road because the RV continually shut off on him. There was a belt rubbing and the breaks were squeaking the entire way as well. Once we got home we had to wait until after the holiday to be able to return the RV as we could not get ahold of anyone. Finally we returned the RV 7 days early, and the man apologized and promised a full refund. We went several days without hearing anything back, so we reached out to customer service and they said they didn’t get any refund requests and they thought the RV was still out on our trip. Save your money, or book with a different company. We missed our family reunion, and our 4th of July was spent driving home in a rental car that we weren’t prepared to pay for.

Our experience was good overall. I gave it 4 stars due to a few issues such as the warm water not working, the key was not provided for the outdoor grill, and a broken awning. The owner communicated well. The RV was clean and in great condition.

This 5th wheel was everything and more!! Delivered on time, extremely clean, two leather seats that reclined all the way so you could relax and enjoy your stay. The shower was huge and did I mention there was a washing machine/dryer inside the RV. We did not use it because we didn’t have hook ups but that was really cool to see. The blackout shades were amazing and helped keep our RV cool. We used the AC and it ran perfectly. Having a full size refrigerator was perfect for our 4 night 5 day stay. The outside kitchen was also amazing. The king size bed in the master bedroom was perfect for us to get a good nights sleep. The double size bunk beds in the other bedroom was also perfect for my son and my daughter to have their own space. I’m extremely grateful for this rental and will definitely rent from Fireside rentals again.

Ruthie was perfect for our needs. We stayed on some land owned by friends for a few days and having Ruthie for showers, bathrooms and cooking was such a luxury! Mari was communicative, explained everything well and made pickup and drop off a breeze. Thanks for making our 4th of July adventures even more fun!

Rented a travel trailer for a few days. Went very well. George was a huge help during pickup and drop off. Unit was pretty new, clean, and had no issues. Would rent again
