This was our very first time renting and driving an RV, so naturally we were a little nervous and had lots of questions. From the very beginning, Lionel was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and always took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and prepared. What we appreciated most was how attentive and available he was, not only before our trip but throughout it as well. Knowing we could reach out to him if we needed anything gave us such peace of mind and allowed us to simply enjoy the adventure with our kids. This trip ended up being so much more than just renting an RV.
