Kyle was very kind, responsive, and helpful! The bed was super comfy! The extras in the RV were well thought out and very handy! The only reason for the missing star on “mechanical” was NOT through ANY SHORTCOMING with Kyle…it was just a function of regular use and I would only take off one tiny point of a star if I could! The water heater valve just gave up its seal and leaked a bit BUT KYLE was right on top of things with delivery of a replacement part and fixed it immediately!

Omar helped us out in a jam after being left without a rental last minute for our vacation, he answered our request very quickly in the same hour. He prepared the RV to come right then but the RV park we were at would close before his arrival so he agreed to come as soon as the RV park opened. Omar also edited our rental time on the website, making booking easier on us since we were already mid vacation. Very accommodating, respectful, fast, the RV had all the amenities we could need and we appreciated the courtesy. We will definitely try to book with him again.

This toy hauler was perfect for our annual camping trip. It was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts communications, expectations and listing of the RV manual was excellent. Despite a minor fridge issue everything was great. We even had enough room for all 13 of us to play games at night! We will definitely be renting this again!
