Hi, the service, drop off and the customer service was top notch. Everyone I spoke with were professional, helpful and knew what they were doing. The Aurora was clean and had all we needed for a family of 4. The things I think need some improvement were the linens, pillows, towels. The quality of all those things were way below what they should be for this Rv. Those blankets needed a good wash and there needs to be some hooks in the bathroom to hang up the towels and some extra towels for outside or swimming. I think these things will make things a lot easier for the renters. Thank you for helping my family vacation go smoothly.
