We rented the “cabin” for 10’days at Fort Wilderness. We loved that we were able to vacation with our dogs. The cabin was amazing, had everything we needed. The staff that came and assisted with questions and issue were amazing. As first time RV’ers we had the next experience and would recommend to anyone. It’s was a magical experience

Although they delivered the RV a little later than I had hoped, the RV itself was great. The fridge/freezer worked great. The AC cooled the unit. The shower was larger than I expected. There was sufficient room for my wife and me to live comfortably for a few days. It was a great trip.

Everything worked out nicely. From booking the reservation to checking out was a smooth experience. It would be nice to have a choice of a smaller camper for party of 2 to 4. If you do have a smaller camper we would love to rent one in April of 2027.

Hello Malamatemi, we are glad you had a great time and enjoyed your stay! We do have our campers named "Firefly" that sleep 5-6 and they are a smaller "Tent/Pop Up site" camper at 24ft! We hope to hear from you soon!

We absolutely loved the RV and having it set up before our arrival. We did have a strong sewage smell when we used the water to wash dishes or clothes. We were actively avoiding that since we were next to the campground bathrooms. So it was from something other than us. I’m assuming that the campers system needs to be cleaned out.

Everything was great. TV in the bedroom was cracked, but watchable. Overall a very good stay.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Brent and Troy for being incredibly helpful on such short notice.
The setup was prompt and explained beautifully.
All of our questions were addressed.
The RV was spotless and came with all the essential items we needed to ensure our first day was stress-free.
Thanks once more to the Escape RV team!

So happy with our trip I have no thought of anything that could be improved upon. I would say the biggest wins were the condition of the camper and the shear convenience of having you guys do all the heavy lifting. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a used and abused camper and then told I have to do “this that and the other” to give it back to you. For our situation we will most likely use you again for more trips to Fort Wilderness at Disney so whatever you have to do to keep that business relationship going , PLEASE DO!!! :)

Overall, we had a great vacation and really enjoyed traveling in the RV. Unfortunately, the vehicle experienced several mechanical and operational issues that significantly affected our trip. The host initially responded and sent someone to fix one of the problems, which we appreciated. However, we continued to experience issues with the generator, the slide-out, and a tire that kept losing air throughout the trip, resulting in lost vacation time, additional fuel expenses, and unnecessary safety concerns. What disappointed us the most was the lack of support afterward. I submitted a formal complaint directly to the host detailing all of the issues, but I never received any response. In the end, I had to escalate the matter through Outdoorsy in hopes of reaching a fair resolution. While we enjoyed the trip overall, the host’s unwillingness to take responsibility for the problems left us with a very disappointing impression.
