It has a great floor plan with large windows to see everything, This camper has it all. There is plenty of storage inside and outside the RV. The RV has a flat-screen tv with a DVD player and a soft queen size bed. The overhead bed is perfect for kids to watch a movie or play and have their own space. The sofa and kitchen table folds down to make beds as fortably sleeps 8, a luxurious master bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom and roomy shower. 2 Slide outs to provide even more lounging room while camping. A completely stocked full kitchen including all utensils, cookware, and Keurig coffee machine. This is a non-smoking RV rental with no exceptions.Don't forget to check out list of Add Ons to help make your adventure even more comfortable and enjoyable.The RV will be rented out with a full gas tank and empty grey and black tanks. The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas, cleaned, and empty grey and black tanks. However, for your convenience, we do provide cleaning and dumping as an add-on fee upon return. All of our campers are fully cleaned and Sanitized to CDC standards prior to Rental. There will be a $100 addition cleaning fee upon return, Only if the camper is not returned in the same clean condition as Rented. There will be a $200 Dump fee charged upon return Only if the Gray and Black tanks are Not Dumped Prior to return of the Camper.

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
