Enjoy the great outdoors the easy way! Take our comfy camper on a weekend getaway. Let us take care of the setup and takedown of your campsite. This camper has a cozy warm charm. It has a couch that turns into a bed, a 4 person dinette table that turns into a bed as well as a twin /queen bunk.
This camper comes equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee pot, shower, commode, and two sinks.
*Make sure when sending a booking request you choose stationary rental so that your insurance fees are correctly calculated (it is cheaper this way) as we currently only offer delivery. Also make sure you are selecting interior damage protection. This is required to rent our camper as the stationary rental insurance only covers the exterior. This will protect us both in the event of accidental interior damage.*Please note the water heater is not functioning properly. Only cold water is available until we get the part to fix it.*Please provide your own bedding for the couch bed as well as a dinette table bed. Autres points à signalerGUIDELINES FOR THE COZY DUTCHMENNo smoking of any kind is allowed inside. Any evidence (smell or otherwise) will forfeit your entire security deposit.
No drugs! Any evidence of the storage or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit as well as Law Enforcement being called to collect said substances and take a report.
Please no indoor cooking or storage of food items that create a strong odor such as raw fish or heavy spices.
Please no pets inside. 100% of security deposit will be forfeited if done so.
No food or large debris down any drains.
If windy or severe weather, put awning away (we do not setup awning incase there’s inclement weather before renter gets to it). We do discourage awning use, as it is not covered by insurance. If damaged the cost to fix it would likely be more than your security deposit. If awning is damaged due to accidental misuse or from inclement weather while being used the costs to repair/replace will be placed 100% on renter.
Please do NOT flush baby wipes, feminine products or anything other than RV safe toilet paper. This will prevent damage to the drains/waste tank.
Call if you notice any water leaks or if the black or gray tank get full. They are completely emptied before your trip but it is still a good idea to check their levels especially if there are several people using showers, sinks and toilets for several days at a time. There is a panel on the wall by the stove just press the button next to tank names to see what level they are at.
Please lock door whenever leaving camper. This protects your belongings as well as ours.
Please only run air conditioner when planning to be inside of camper for an extended period of time. The air conditioner cools off the camper very quickly so no need to have it constantly running if you aren’t going to be inside. ☺
The refrigerator/freezer takes several hours to cool off (this is the case with most campers). We do our best to have it cool upon arrival but it has to be plugged in for about 12 hours in order to cool and sometimes that is just not feasible. If the refrigerator is not yet cool, place your items in the freezer until refrigerator is cool. Keep a close eye on them, as they will freeze once it gets to proper temp.
If keys are lost $30 will be deducted from security deposit.
Any damages made while using camper will be taken from security deposit and/or claimed through the insurance agreement dependent on necessary repairs and costs.
Please respect our camper and clean up after yourselves.
If extensive cleaning is needed after your stay it will be based on $75/hr. This does not include the cleaning fee already charged as that fee is only for laundering linens, basic cleaning, and sanitizing.

We provide the following for free with every rental -Bedding for the bunk -Basic cooking/grilling utensils -A set of 4 towels and wash cloths -RV plumbing safe toilet paper -Hand towels/washcloths -Charcoal grill -Complimentary s'mores kit (feel free to take this with you when you leave) -Trash can/bags -Coffee pot -Pack and play -Guard rail for top bunk -Hand soap/dish soap Any cooking/food storage supplies in the cupboards are available for you to use as well.

Q.Do you really take care of everything?

We do. You really just need to show up and enjoy yourselves. We get the camper completely set up by hooking up water and electric and even getting the AC going if you're planning on being there shortly after setup. After your stay we will take everything down and empty gray and black tanks. We do ask that you do basic cleaning which is listed in our checklist that you will receive after booking with us.

Q.Why are insurance fees so expensive if you only allow delivery?

Please make sure you are choosing the stationary rental option when requesting a booking. This will give you the appropriate insurance fees.

Q.Do you only offer delivery?
R.
We are currently only offering delivery within 35 miles of where our camper is stored. We want to be able to provide an experience that truly requires the least amount of work for our renters. We provide an option that gives you more bang for your buck and gives you an actual vacation experience. Who wants to put all the time and energy into getting your campsite setup when you can have someone else take care of the grunt work?
