No prep fee!Lighten your load with this Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2507S travel trailer, it will wow you with all of its features! One of the many is the exterior kitchen with a 17' power awning above to protect you from the sun or rain. There is a sofa along the rear that can also fold down for some extra sleep space at night and you also have a 60" sofa. The U-shaped dinette in the central living area can be used for relaxing, eating, or playing games with your loved ones but also converts into a bed for sleeping.With this trailer you have the floorplan you want in the size you need, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating. To keep you cool on a warm day both types of units have 13,500 BTU A/C units and to warm you up on a cooler day, there is a quick recovery auto ignition gas/electric water heater for a hot shower.When you choose to camp with a Rockwood Mini Lite travel trailer you are getting a lightweight trailer which is easy to tow as well as ample room throughout. The Limited Package offers features such as an awning with an LED light strip, high-gloss seamless countertop, an outside shower with hot and cold water, an upgraded hypoallergenic Evergreen mattress and more!Includes: plastic utensils, plastic cups, paper plates, paper bowls, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. We provide one full set of bedding with two pillows for the master bed. We also provide two bath towels. Additional linens available.Also includes: Air conditioning, shower, sinks, toilet, hot water heater, propane, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven.Please see add-on options for additional items available for rent.Delivery is available upon request and approval. If you would like to pick up the unit, a standard bumper ball hitch is required. *Any bookings during Burning Man (late August/early September) will have an increased rate and require a minimum 6 night reservation.
