Brand new lightweight travel trailer perfect for family getaways. The trailer will come fully stocked with dishes, cookware, bedding, and towels for the number of guests coming on your adventure. Separate bunkhouse with three beds and storage perfect for the kids. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a separate fridge perfect for making meals outside. An outdoor rug will be provided along with two adult size chairs.
Please note, the outdoor kitchen fridge and TV will only work on "shore power". If you plan on dry camping, both will be removed.
The trailer also has AC and microwave. Both will work on 30/50 amp service only. AC will work with generator provide while dry camping, the microwave will not. -Any kind of smoking (including vape), hard drug or any type of tobacco use is prohibited in or around the vicinity of the trailer and chairs provided. There will be a fee of $500 on top of the cost of damages. We don't care if you do it, just not around our things.
-We encourage you to bring your well-behaved pets. Two pet maximum. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Any pet damage or excessive hair removal will be the responsibility of the renter.
-We love camping out in the beautiful Nevada wilderness as much as the next person, but this camper is not made to travel down Nevada washboard roads. Frankly, it beats the hell out of the camper! Please be honest where you plan on taking the trailer. I've traveled in most of Nevada and Northern California backcountry and know the conditions of most roads. Backcountry travel isn't totally off-limits, just let me be the judge if the trailer can survive the trip down the road. If dirt road travel is approved, there will be a $250 additional cleaning charge.

Dan and Christina were great hosts, and their RV was such a treat. You can tell they put a lot of care into offering a good experience. Comfortable beds kept us all well-rested and the RV is well stocked with lots of amenities.
