Hi I’m Amy and I bought this Class C RV after years of looking for the perfect unit to take tailgating at the Chiefs games, to music festivals and to visit the national parks with my daughters. I choose this specific unit bc it is so easy to drive. It feels like a box truck (think U-Haul, but much smoother). I owned other units that were too big and scary for me as a woman to drive. So don’t fear you women can drive this RV just fine! Now you can take your children on the Spring break/summer road trip even though the husband has to work!This is a 2022 Winnebago with a Mercedes diesel chassis, 26 feet long and one drivers side slide out. It can sleep 6 people - with a bed in the back (full size) the dinette turns into a full size bed and the upper area above the drivers area is a full size bed as well. These are RV full sizes so they may be a few inches short width or length wise but I can attest that I have had 6 adults sleep comfortably. It does only have 5 seat belts though. Being it is a diesel it is very easy to drive and accelerates fast. I am a petite woman and drive it extremely easily. This is one reason I bought it. It has a hitch to tow a car on a tow dolly, (I do have one for rent for $40 a day) The bike rack on the back of the unit holds 3 bikes. All windows have shades that darken the space very well. They also have screens to open the windows for fresh air. There is also a screen door. The front windshield and front windows all have magnetic attaching shades for privacy. There is an electric awning, a generator (you get 5 hrs use per day and then it is $5 dollars each additional hour of use during your trip). Pick up/drop off is in Raymore, MO. Unfortunately, I do not have a space for your vehicle to sit for the duration of your trip. My HOA does not allow vehicles on the street. Other arrangements will have to be made. There is a Walmart very close the pick up location. It will have a completely full tank of gas and it needs to be returned with a completely full tank otherwise there will be a fee equal to current market value diesel fuel to fill it up plus $50 for me to make the trip to the gas station. The fresh water tank will also be full unless you ask me not to fill it. There are multiple storage spaces on the outside of the unit and they lock. You will have full access to those. The front driver chair and passenger chair do swivel to point backwards for extra seating. There are lots of lighting options and all lights have dimmable settings. There is a radio that connects via blue tooth to any playing device and also has Sirius XM Radio active on it and plays both inside the unit and outside the unit. There is a hand held outdoor shower for rinsing off. There are two tvs - one in the back bed space and one in the open living space. A DVD player is in the unit as well. There is a microwave/convection oven and a two burner gas stove top. The shower is taller in head space than the average RV shower. There’s a sky light in the main living area. This RV is not super personalized to my families likings, as in no family pictures and such hanging up or little knick knacks (even though this is our personal unit) because before when we rented RVs we liked to bring our own belongings to make it more comfortable. So I have kept this unit pretty basic. Feel free to bring with you whatever makes it cozy and comfortable for you! It has liens and pillows with pillow covers but again if you wish to not use mine, you can bring whatever you’d like. If you plan to use your own liens just let me know so I can remove them from the unit. If the unit is excessively dirty there will be a extra $75 cleaning fee. 5.0We had a wonderful experience renting this Winnebago View. The RV was exceptionally comfortable to drive; very stable on the highway, easy to maneuver, and much more confidence-inspiring than some other RVs we’ve rented in the past. The hosts did an excellent job equipping the RV with thoughtful amenities and supplies that made our trip more enjoyable and convenient. They were also extremely responsive, answering questions quickly whenever we needed assistance. Overall, this was a great rental experience from start to finish. We would not hesitate to rent from these hosts again and will definitely look to book this RV for a future trip. Highly recommended!

• No smoking of ANY inside the unit. That’s vaping, weed, cigars or cigarettes. There will be a $250 cleaning charge if I can smell it and have to deep clean the unit.
• please just treat the unit like it were your own. That’s the biggest thing I ask.
• if you bring a pet you must clean up after it and if there is pet damage I see your deposit won’t be returned at all. This is a non negotiable for me.
• I will try to be flexible on pick up and drop off times however if the unit is not dropped off by 11am on drop off day a $15 an hour charge will start incur. This is because I need time to turn the unit over for the next renter and the later in the day it becomes it pushes me out and makes the turn over more difficult for me.
• I do require a supplemental owners/renters agreement to be signed upon picking up the unit. No signature then the rental will be cancelled. This protects me and my investment. Unfortunately, I did not have this with my first rental and the incorrect fuel was put in the unit and I had to file a smalls suit against the renter.
