2019 Thor Motor Coach Freedom Elite

This RV should NOT be on the rental market at ALL. It has not been well maintained, and the owner is obviously just using the money he makes by renting it, to cover the cost of much-needed repairs. It was dirty, very worn, and many of the most important features DIDN'T WORK. 3 out of the 4 days that we had this RV rented for our dry camping trip, we had NO WATER AT ALL. The water pump was apparently broken, plus there was a very bad leak in the shower. Outdoorsy was helpful in getting us a repair person who came to our location, however, he was unable to get the pump working properly the first time he came, (day 2 of our vacation) and he had to come back on Day 3. So for 3 out of the 4 days we had the RV, we had no way to wash our hands, brush our teeth, refill the toilets, take showers, wash dishes, etc. All 4 days of our trip, the following did not work AT ALL: 1 of the stove burners, the oven (and we had brought food that needed to be baked so we had to THROW AWAY THIS FOOD and spend more money purchasing very expensive food at the festival), the refrigerator (we had to bring in $40 of dry ice to stick in the bottom of the fridge shelves, otherwise all of our food would have spoiled), and the freezer (see picture of the light on the fridge/freezer showing that it needed to be "checked" because it wasn't working)!! Also the awning never worked, which made the entire RV much hotter inside, because we couldn't get any shade. This required the air conditioning to be on constantly, and still, it never cooled down inside. I checked the interior temperature of the RV and during the day it was 78 degrees and in the evening it was still 76! For a woman in menopause, this is TORTURE. Extremely uncomfortable. This was our first experience with renting an RV and it is probably our last. Outdoorsy did NOTHING to refund us anything after we had all of these problems, and just told us to take it up with the owner! Well, the owner had had to shell out for the cost of the repair guy to come not once but twice, so he wasn't willing to refund us anything either. We paid almost $1,000 for this piece of junk and would have been MUCH better off at the local hotel which we could have gotten for less money!
