I enjoyed camping as a youth and now that I have a family of my own they did not show interest in tent camping so, we are now an RV family. We all love being outside, seeing new things, slowing down and enjoying the simpler things in life. The recent COVID challenge has allowed us to spend even more time doing the things we love so, while the current situation is different if you look to find the positive it is there, get outside and enjoy it!

This RV should NOT be on the rental market at ALL. It has not been well maintained, and the owner is obviously just using the money he makes by renting it, to cover the cost of much-needed repairs. It was dirty, very worn, and many of the most important features DIDN'T WORK.3 out of the 4 days that we had this RV rented for our dry camping trip, we had NO WATER AT ALL. The water pump was apparently broken, plus there was a very bad leak in the shower. Outdoorsy was helpful in getting us a repair person who came to our location, however, he was unable to get the pump working properly the first time he came, (day 2 of our vacation) and he had to come back on Day 3. So for 3 out of the 4 days we had the RV, we had no way to wash our hands, brush our teeth, refill the toilets, take showers, wash dishes, etc.All 4 days of our trip, the following did not work AT ALL: 1 of the stove burners, the oven (and we had brought food that needed to be baked so we had to THROW AWAY THIS FOOD and spend more money purchasing very expensive food at the festival), the refrigerator (we had to bring in $40 of dry ice to stick in the bottom of the fridge shelves, otherwise all of our food would have spoiled), and the freezer (see picture of the light on the fridge/freezer showing that it needed to be "checked" because it wasn't working)!! Also the awning never worked, which made the entire RV much hotter inside, because we couldn't get any shade. This required the air conditioning to be on constantly, and still, it never cooled down inside. I checked the interior temperature of the RV and during the day it was 78 degrees and in the evening it was still 76! For a woman in menopause, this is TORTURE. Extremely uncomfortable.This was our first experience with renting an RV and it is probably our last. Outdoorsy did NOTHING to refund us anything after we had all of these problems, and just told us to take it up with the owner! Well, the owner had had to shell out for the cost of the repair guy to come not once but twice, so he wasn't willing to refund us anything either. We paid almost $1,000 for this piece of junk and would have been MUCH better off at the local hotel which we could have gotten for less money!

Nathaniel,The next day you picked up, told me the water was not working right again. We were able to get an RV tech to come and fix it later that evening. We found out something else needed to be fixed to complete the fix, as a wire came loose on the water pump and wouldn't engage. The same RV tech came back at 7 am to repair and brought as much water as he could bring based on the buckets he had, knowing you needed more water to help refill your tank.I disagree that the AC was not cooling. I turn it on and run the AC for 30-45 mins, and it will reach 74 and cut off. I looked at the weather in Pittsboro, and it was not over 85 outside, which does not make a lot of sense to me, but I will check again to see if we have any issues. I get very hot often and have camped in this RV often and never had that issue, even when over 95. Also, no complaints this past 5-day rental at all about the AC.I am insulted that you insinuated I am only in this for the money and don't care. I tried my best to help you and offered my class A RV before not being able to find a way to charge the battery, and I knew it would be miserable if that happened. I also offered another RV that would be great for dry camping and said I would rent it for 50% and you could rent a generator to plug that RV into, which would power it, and you declined that solution.
