Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Eric and Jenn were great! Gave me a full walk thru. Setting up all the connections, dumping the tanks, all was easy and manageable.

This is was our first RV Trip ever and I must say, this can't be better :) Yes, totally delighted with the Service rather support we received with our Host ( Eric & Jen). I may prefer calling the frnd over host because of the level of relationship we build since our first meeting. I will highly recommend this RV and moreover the host you may need even this is not your first trip. They are kind and flexible to adjust based on customer need and moreover great Human !! Overall nice RV, great interior and no words for hospitality and support we received...just book it :) Big Thanks for both Eric and Jen to make this trip memorable and will be back soon !!!
