Travel in style with our 2016-30ft Thor Ace. If you love to camp or travel with family this is a great way to do it! Our motorhome sleeps 6 comfortably. Has a full kitchen amenity with booth table and TV. Bedroom has queen bed and TV. The RV also comes with a full bathroom. Other highlights include side view cameras, a large awning with LED lights, outdoor TV, inside and outside radio and lots of extra storage. Use of Hitch to tow anything is prohibited. 1. Unit will be clean on departure. There will be a $200 cleaning fee if not returned in same condition inside and outside. If the vehicle needs a deep cleaning there will be a $500 charge and We do not allow use of the Awning if we find out that you used the awning you will Forfeit your entire security deposit of your and cost of a replacement awning.
2.We will have up to 4 day to inspect the motorhome to make sure that it was properly cleaned and that there are no damages.
3. Unit will have full tank of gas and propane upon departure. $50 fee for each will be charged in addition to fuel costs if unit if not returned with full tank of gas and propane. 4. pick up is at 1:00 pm A Late return fee of $50 per 1/2 hour past the 11:00 am drop of time.
5. Please have waste holding tanks emptied upon return. A $190 fee will be charged if we have to take it to a dump site. If the waste compartment has waste in it there will be an additional $75 Cleaning Fee.
6. Pets are allowed but it needs owner's approval first, and if there is any damage due from the pet there will be additional charges after the trip. If you bring your pet without owner's knowledge your Security Deposit will be forfeited.
7. NO SMOKING IN OUR MOTORHOME. A $1000 FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU SMOKE IN THE RV.
8. PLEASE, NO CLIMBING ON THE ROOF.
9. If you put over 2500 miles there is a charge of $190 for an oil change.
10. Tickets, Tolls, parking tickets, towing,If Rv is inpounded and tires are renters Responsibility GPS tracked

We have 5 kids ranging from the ages 17-27. We have 4 dogs, 2 german shepherd, 1 shih tzu, and 1 mixed breed that we rescued from the shelter. Our favorite trip would have to be driving down to South Carolina and Key West. We love doing little weekend getaways for family bonding time.

Chris and Ed were wonderful! This is our second time booking their RV. The vehicle is clean and spacious. Although we only had four occupants, we could have comfortably included two more. If available, I would book with again.

Well unfortunately we had a mechanical issue about 10 minutes after we got on the high way. This was in now way the owner's fault in my opinion. They were so kind. They let me take videos so we wouldn't forget how to operate anything. The only thing I didn't appreciate with this experience was that we left our home at 12:00pm to pick up this rv and my husband drove it back with NO cell phone battery so we couldn't even communicate as to what ussues he was having with the a/c. We pulled over hours later because if you are from the area you know Chicago summer is TRAFFIC EVERYWHERE. We didn't get home until 5:30pm. Granted the overview took about an hour. regardless the wife would only refund us for the rental if we turned around and brought it right back. I was truly surprised since they seemed like such good people but I explained to her we locked it up and wouldn't be using it but she still charged us $275 for a whole night. It was a HOT day and I booked this for my husband who doesn't do well with heat so we just sucked it up and drove it back the next morning. There was no way we were going to spend Father's Day weekend without a working Air Conditioner. We were both so disappointed. The husband didn't change us for gas which was really awesome. I have looked at the itemized bill yet but that's what he said he was going to do. Hopefully his wife let him keep his word. Overall this RV is in excellent condition (just needs and ac charge) and the couple were a pleasure. I really wish it would've worked out.

Chris and Ed are wonderful, so is their home away from home. Their RV is modern and in mint condition. It was easy to hook up and their tutorial upon pickup provides a plethora of valuable knowledge which prepares you thoroughly for the experience. The RV is roomy and comfortable. No problems, issues or complaints. If you listen and follow their advice and i instructions, you’re in for a vacation filled with nothing but positive memories! Enjoy.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and it was a great experience. The Palumbo's, owners of the RV were very helpful guiding me throughout the process. This RV has all the bells a whistles , it's a great ride and an attractive RV with plenty of room no matter the distance you'll be traveling . My family loved the space, the and all the amenities of this RV, will do it again...
