Marek provides a pre-trip rundown with essentials, is flexible for unique requests like commercial shoots, and facilitates an easy rental process. However, communication regarding a critical AC malfunction became dismissive and unresponsive, leaving the renter to troubleshoot.
Accurate, but main AC non-functional
The RV is perfect for groups and its accommodations are accurately represented. However, a major issue was the main living area AC consistently blowing hot air, rendering it unusable for cooling, despite pre-trip assurance. Only the cab AC functioned while driving.

5.0While we did not use this RV for a typical 'adventure across America' trip, our production did use it in a commercial. We sell an RV Adapter Cord Kit that has the 9 most common confirgurations and we wanted to rent an RV as a featured item in a commercial we were shooting. Marek and Monika were gracious enough to allow us to rent their RV for this shoot. We really appreciate it, and it turned out well. All accommodations were listed as stated, though we didn't use them; we can confirm they were there, and the RV is presented as said. We appreciate their willingness to rent to us, and while on set, received quite a few inquiries on how to rent an RV, which we promoted both Outdoorsy and this particular RV!
