-No smoking inside the RV. If you smoke outside, make sure the doors and windows are shut. Any smoke odor left inside RV whether it was from smoking inside or outside will result in loss of security deposit.
-Towing is available for a small extra daily fee because of the added stress on the drivetrain.
-A Supplemental Rental Agreement will need to be signed during the key handoff. This agreement just reiterates the rules, expectations and fee schedule of the RV.

4Michael was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive when we had questions during our rental. His camper is lovely for the price. The only reason I wasn’t able to give 5 stars was because the air conditioning was really in need of degassing and there were some other maintenance issues and the stereo wasn’t working properly for us. However we let Michael know about them and he told us he’s attending to all of those so it should be in tip top shape for his next renter. It was just a bit of a shame for us the AC wasn’t working great in the front since we had a very long hot drive to our destination.
