3Michael communicated well but the RV had some mechanical issues with the jacks and the exterior step. Also, the bedding had a foul odor (had to cover with a blanket). Exterior shower fixture leaked half the fresh tank over first night until I discovered it and tightened the connection. Batteries couldn’t hold a sufficient charge to start the generator. Had to jump start to fire up the generator Enjoyed the rental but will look for another rv in the future
