Step up into this spacious entertainment area equipped with a couch and TV! The indoor kitchen is just steps away, loaded with all you need to cook a great meal for friends and family, with multiple options to utilize a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and oven! Continuing through the main area, you will find the bathroom with everything available to make yourself look and feel fabulous after a long day of fun. A stand up shower, sink and toilet are at your disposal – with toilet paper and septic tabs provided. As you reach the tail end of the living area, you will enter the primary bedroom. Here you can anticipate a comfortable Queen size bed to rest up, and lots of storage space so you can unpack and unwind. Additional sleeping space is available with two queen beds that come down and a table that converts to a full size bed.Renting with us is not only a good choice, it’s a smart one too! We have a full staff dedicated to making sure your get away is flawless – from detailed inspections before rental and managing campers on site, to RV techs on standby for any questions or concern. Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
