Our RVs and service are optimized for folks like that. (But of course, we welcome RVers of all skill levels!)We provide model specific online training videos so you can familiarize yourself with the RV ahead of time and on your own schedule. At orientation we go through the control panels, show you where’s what and answer any and all questions you may have. The RV is equipped with an iPad that contains instructional videos covering every aspect of the RV, from how to use the generator to rotating the chairs, turning on the gas stove, playing DVDs etc. We also provide manuals for the whole RV, all the appliances, and quick reference guides for most frequently asked questions. If you still have a question while on the road, we are available 24/7 by call or text.Some of our RVs have solar panels and wifi! If that is something that is important to you, please ask!What is included in the price:- 100 miles per night. Additional miles are $0.45 per mile.
- 5 generator hours. Additional hours are $3 per hour.

Please do not smoke in the RV! If we detect the smell of smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $700. Pets are only allowed with permission and paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets may result in a fee of $250. You will be asked to sign the Departure Form at the time of key exchange, please take the time to review it ahead of time.

This is the first time I rent an RV and I am really glad that I choose Chill RV. The vehicle was clean and well prepared for the trip. The team was very professional and friendly. Nika walked me through the vehicle during the delivery and she is available 24/7 to answer any questions we have. We had a great time and will definitely rent from Chill RV again in the future.

Our experience with Nikkia’s RV was outstanding. John dropped off the RV for us and gave a full and thorough tutorial of all the critical logistics in addition to the library of “how tos” on the iPad and Nikka provided immediate responses for any additional questions. Pick up was just as seamless and easy - John is a delight. The RV was terrific with a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed plus add on amenities for an amazing family vacation. The diesel RV ran so well and was very efficient we just loved it! We named her Melanie the Merc 😉.

This RV was absolutely PERFECT for our trip! We loved every moment of traveling in this beauty. We really appreciated how much the company has done to ensure the vehicle was in tip top shape and it felts very clean. We are so particular about cleanliness and were really worried about renting, but turns out we had nothing to worry about. I absolutely cannot wait to do this again!! Already counting down to our next trip.

We loved renting the rv, my family and I enjoyed it. We took it to Rincón to see what we need in an Rv and because of that we bought an rv ourselves this weekend. Mila was great she even brought the Rv her self, which was a plus for me. I really appreciate all the instructions they provided.
