Our RVs and service are optimized for renters like that. (But of course, we welcome RVers of all skill levels!)We provide model specific online training videos so you can familiarize yourself with the RV ahead of time and on your own schedule. At orientation we go through the control panels, show you where’s what and answer any and all questions you may have. The RV is equipped with an iPad that contains instructional videos covering every aspect of the RV, from how to use the generator to rotating the chairs, turning on the gas stove, playing DVDs etc. We also provide manuals for the whole RV, all the appliances, and quick reference guides for most frequently asked questions. If you still have a question while on the road, we are available 24/7 by call or text.All of our RVs have solar panels and some even have wifi! If that is something that is important to you, please ask!What is included in the price:- 100 miles per night. Additional miles are $0.45 per mile.

Please do not smoke in the RV! If we detect the smell of smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $700. Pets are only allowed with permission and paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets may result in a fee of $250. You will be asked to sign the Departure Form at the time of key exchange, please take the time to review it ahead of time.

I cannot even begin to thank Nika enough for the experience that she allowed me to give my boys, ages 8 and 5, the first week of June. My oldest son was begging me to rent an RV and take a road trip and, after a bunch of research, I ended up messaging Nika to see if any vehicles were available. The booking process was incredibly easy, Nika was helpful answering all of my questions, and I really loved the fact that I was given access to the instructional videos ahead of time. On the day of our RV delivery, I felt incredibly comfortable during my walk-through thanks to the videos that Nika had recorded. They were easy to follow, easy to remember, and I glided through the tour of the RV in person. The vehicle itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, easy to drive, and stocked with all necessary items and had plenty of storage. My boys and I drove from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon, from the Grand Canyon to Santa Fe, from Santa Fe to Denver, Denver down to Moab, Moab to Las Vegas, and Las Vegas home...in 1 week. It was the trip and experience of a lifetime - and we've committed to doing this every year, using Chill RV as our go-to!

Everything about our rental was first class. Nika provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, and gave us plenty f good instruction prior to our trip. We are definitely using her for future vacations!

We flew into LA from Boston for a national park road trip and Chill RV provided us with everything we could have possibly needed for our 3 week trip. Nika and Alex were awesome. The RV orientation was easy to understand and, when we forgot what to do, Nika was only a text message away. The Winnebago View that we rented was in great shape, clean, well equipped, easy systems, comfortable beds and bedding. The RV was easy to drive and pretty good on gas. This is a great company. We highly recommend them.
