The RV was great, worked well and was comfortable for my family of 5. The host was quick to respond to messages, however it wasn’t until a couple days before the trip (too late to cancel) that they said they will only drop off the trailer, unhook, and we are to set it up. We paid for delivery (as we’ve done many times) and this has always included set up. The listing says the host delivers and sets up. They did not set anything up. We do not have a hitch or means to move the trailer which is why we paid a lot of money to have it delivered. They did not level it, or even leave it close to electrical hook up. Thankfully I had family on another campsite nearby that could help. They had to hook their truck up to the trailer, move it and level it for us. If you do not need delivery, I would recommend this trailer. Otherwise I would not.
