Not a great experience at all. Very disappointed. We went camping where we knew there would be no hydro or sewerage hookups. We have done this for many years. We take battery operated lights etc. so we don’t drain battery and use battery only when needed. Well this battery couldn’t even keep a charge. We had to call you even before we left the lane way. Then again when we were camping. Had to borrow neighbours generator and pay to have him charge battery because you told us we needed a generator. Which we have never taken with us before. Then it only stay charged half the day. The co2 detector is going off because battery is low. Couldn’t use furnace. Couldn’t put in tip out. Had to get another battery brought in. Just not a good experience at all. We have used other trailers for this same trip and used furnace the whole weekend. Never a problem. But we did love the trailer and the size of the inside of it. Maybe next rental will be a better experience.

It has been years since we owned our tent trailer and it was the first time renting a travel trailer, so it was a bit of a learning experience for us. Overall the trailer was great and everyone we dealt with at Long Haul were a pleasure to deal with.

We will be back and definately a recommend. Only thing missing was book about actual trailer. They kerp you well informed in advance too!!!

Our trip was fantastic and the RV we rented was amazing. We will definately be renting again from Longhaul in Listowel.

Lots to take in when getting a trailer. The staff were good but during the weekend, we had poor weather. I think there was not enough power in the hydro connection so the heating/cooling devices (furnace, hot water, fridge) needed to be pointed to gas only. A copy of the manuals for each would be helpful. We only had the fridge and microwave in the trailer. Overall though, we were comfortable, warm and dry and very happy on how the trailer pulled behind my Tacoma!

A wonderful business and great RV rental experience. Everyone were helpful and professional. We would like to thank Nick for all his help. I also want to thank Cheney, I am a Tec support manager and notice the difference when individuals go above and beyond. From the first day Cheney welcomed us and answered our questions, she was helpful, knowledgeable always friendly! It is people like Nike and Cheney that make the customer say wow that is a great company to do business with!

Pickup and drop off experience was excellent. They went through everything about the trailer. This made our long weekend family vacation one for the memory books! Thank you Long Haul!
