Overall great experience host was very easy to deal with and very open in communication. The trailer was exactly as described. We had a very relaxing time with the trailer and the pick up/ delivery was seamless. Will definitely rent again

The RV was great, worked well and was comfortable for my family of 5. The host was quick to respond to messages, however it wasn’t until a couple days before the trip (too late to cancel) that they said they will only drop off the trailer, unhook, and we are to set it up. We paid for delivery (as we’ve done many times) and this has always included set up. The listing says the host delivers and sets up. They did not set anything up. We do not have a hitch or means to move the trailer which is why we paid a lot of money to have it delivered. They did not level it, or even leave it close to electrical hook up. Thankfully I had family on another campsite nearby that could help. They had to hook their truck up to the trailer, move it and level it for us. If you do not need delivery, I would recommend this trailer. Otherwise I would not.

Nothing but great things to say about my recent rental. From booking to drop off, everything was super simple. The RV was clean and ready to go. They took the time to walk me through all the different components to make sure I was comfortable.

The staff at Longhaultrailers.com were great to deal with. I felt it necessary to call mid rental to ask a few questions and they were able to answer my questions.
We were having some issues with the fridge but they were able to resolve it.
