Super Coach! Great AC!!! Still has the new car smell. We are the closest drop off and pick up spot to the airport. Just a 10 minute Uber ride. Sleeps 8 runs great, easy to drive. , Great for road trips across the Southwest. This coach comes fully loaded with bedding for 8 stocked kitchen/cooking ware, coffee pot, toaster, flashlights, DVD player, everything you don't think you need but we as RV people know you will need is already there, no worries. My wife Jennifer and I have been married for over 12 year we have 2 kids, 2 mom's that live with us and 2 English bulldogs, Jennifer is in advertising and I teach Elementary Phys Ed and on the weekends I teach skydiving. We live in a perfect area for week long getaways with the RV you can be on the beach or at 12,000ft within 5 hours. We are also the closest pick up and drop off spot to the airport. Just a 10 minute cab or UBER away. If you are in need of multiple coaches we have two other class C's as well.

-Cleanliness is my priority, not only in my first home but my second home as well! The RV will go through a strict and thorough cleaning and sanitation process inside and out before sending out.
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN OR AROUND THE COACH
-RV will be stocked with fresh bedding, towels, and all kitchen items for up to 7 people. RV is expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, fecal matter, urine, stains, sand, and mud. Gas, fresh water and propane will be FULL when you receive it and I expect gas and propane to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee.
-Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, NO towing. RV does not have a GPS for insurance purposes.
-Please note that this is a rental vehicle and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify me immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without my approval.
-Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit.
-Mexico travel is NOT permitted.
-Pick-up/drop-off time are flexible given notice. You will be charged $25hr every half hour past scheduled Pick-up/drop-off time.
-If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and I have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged.
-If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible.
-Pets on a case-by-case basis only - must adhere to campsite rules (check before you bring your pet)!

We had a great experience renting from Jim. The RV performed flawlessly and while there is a bit of general wear and tear, it was clean and comfortable. Jim provided a great rundown on all the systems and also offered some suggestions on where we should visit.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Normally during the year year we do pick ups at 4pm because we rent per evening we request return around 12pm so we can get the unit serviced for the next customer. Early pick up and late return is an option for an additional fee only if the unit is coming back one day prior and is not going back out the day prior. It's not feasible for us to do this if the unit comes back or goes out on the same day.
