This beautiful Class C has all the bells and whistles you can get. It has side cameras, two 15K BTU roof air conditioners, solar on roof, and an 800 watt inverter so you can watch TV late at night without it being plugged in. It also is equipped with a LED HD 50" Smart Fire TV with Wifi antenna (extender) and a 40" fireplace. New hi-rise porcelain toilet just installed (versus the generic plastic most RVs are equipped with.) This RV also has an Auto-Level System. Also has a 9" Sony Infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with full-screen Navigation System. You'll also be able to enjoy the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and mini fridge.I also added a Safety Plus Suspension Package, which makes this RV drive better than any other Class C and I put on heavy-duty front and rear stabilizers, and Safety Plus steering system so you don't get white knuckles driving in the wind, In addition Koni shock absorbers were installed so it handles excellent. Extra insulation has also been added underneath both passenger and driver seat areas and the wheel wells. Anthony and Lynn Crapis have been married 20 years and have RV'd together numerous times. Our favorite place to go is anywhere around the ocean, but we enjoy new experiences, as well. We are from New England and have also taken a two-month RV trip throughout NE. Tony is quite meticulous and has created 3x5 instruction cards on how to operate all parts of the RV, so it makes it easy for renters. Lynn is a former school teacher, now retired. Tony has been in sales and management in the RV business for 36 years... now semi-retired. Tony is also a retired musician (trumpet player) and has worked with most major stars in Las Vegas. After owning several RVs, we realized from experience that we needed to upgrade the suspension and add a Safety Plus steering stabilizer, which we finally did, as well as sound insulation under driver/passenger seats and wheel wells, knowing that it would provide the best ride and most quiet and safest handling of any Class C out there.

Anthony and Lynn were great hosts. We rented their RV and traveled throughout California. The RV had all the comforts of home and handled excellently. It was easy to set up at each stop and even easier to get on the road the next day. The family is already planning ahead to use them on our next trip.

Great experience from start to finish. Their coach was a perfect fit for our tour of southern Utah. Coach is complete with pots, pans, linens, plates, etc… an upgraded suspension and steering system make it drive like a dream. Great coach, great experience!

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We have note cards posted around RV for easy go-to instructions. A thorough walk through of RV will be done with each renter and test run to ensure understanding and being comfortable with the operation of the RV.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
As far as the time of pick up, typically 9:00 a.m. earliest; however, we are flexible with that in certain situations. We just ask for close communication to figure that out. Drop off time we would prefer no later than 4:30 p.m. - but, again, communication is key and depending on circumstances, we will be as fair as possible.
