This camper has been a profound source of healing and peace for me, and I am so excited to share that restorative energy with you! To keep the "Good Karma" flowing and ensure the space remains a pristine sanctuary for every guest, I ask that you treat this home-on-wheels with the same love and respect you would your own.
The Breath of Life (No Smoking)
To keep our air pure and the interior pristine, this is a strictly smoke-free sanctuary. I have a very sensitive allergy, and the scent lingers in the vintage fabrics.
The Karma Check: If any smoking occurs inside, a $1,000 restoration fee (plus any additional deep-cleaning costs) will be applied to return the air to its healing state.
Keeping it Fresh (The Black Tank)
The bathroom is a brand-new, unused feature of this home! To keep things hygienic and easy for the next guest, please return the camper with the black tank completely emptied.
The Karma Check: Dealing with waste is the only part of camping that isn't Zen! A $500 fee applies if the tank is returned full, as I’ll have to personally manage the cleanup.
The Pristine Exchange (Cleaning & Care)
I pride myself on the "like-new" condition of this Retro. There is a $250 security/cleaning deposit fee attached to your rental. If you return the camper exactly as you found it—clean, tidy, and cared for—this deposit will be fully refunded to you! Let’s keep the cycle of care going.
The "Pay it Forward" Pantry
This camper runs on good vibes! If you find a bottle of wine or a snack left by a previous guest, feel free to enjoy it. If you use something, please consider paying it forward for the next explorer. Left some extra craft beers or an unopened bag of gourmet coffee? Leave them for the next guest to find!
