5.0Communication with host was excellent; very quick to respond and helpful. Directions were clear on pickup process. The trailer was clean and well equipped for our weekend camping trip. Unfortunately, we had an accident with a tree brushing the awning in the campground which caused some damage. The Outdoorsy Claim Department was responsive in the process. Despite the minor incident, we would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
