Very lightweight travel trailer (2840lbs) sleeps six. This unit is perfect for any trip it fits on any campsite and has all the comfort that you need. It features a double bed, a dinette /double bed, a bunkhouse a small kitchen with microwave, mid size fridge, two-burner stove, and lots of storage. The bathroom has a toilet, tub/shower. It has a furnace to keep you warm on cold nights and it has an 4 speed fan keep you cool on hot summer days. Outside you have a manual awning. Don’t miss it book now No smoking and no off-road (gravel road is fine or calm dirt road) Includes with stay (with basic price) -toilet paper 1x roll (2 rolls if more then 3 nights booked) for rv specific -toaster -tea kettle -pots and pans -cutlery and plastic dishes -microwave -kitchen sink -lantern -oven and stove top -mini fridge with tiny freezer -fire extinguisher -first aid -water hose -sewer hose (black) Requirements - Unfortunately if the camper trailer isn’t returned as the same condition as rented out. A cleaning fee will be charged of $200. This is separate from the damage deposit - If off-roading is completed in the rv, Please be advised that a $200 dollar cleaning fee/damage fee will be applied due to previous issues and trailed returned damaged, scuffed up, severely dirty etc. - If trailer is returned messy from exterior, automatic $65 dollar fee will be applied for exterior cleaning.
