Clean, well-maintained, inconsistent features
The RVs are generally clean and in fantastic shape, often fully stocked. However, one guest noted receiving a non-deluxe unit which lacked sufficient seating for 6 and had a sloped/sagging queen bed, contrary to the 'Mid-Sized Deluxe Motorhome' booking.

4.0It was a great experience. Friendly staff who checked us in, even got a little welcome treat for the campfire :) My complaint is we had a midsized deluxe motorhome booked, and seems we didn’t get the deluxe model. We understand they have different units to lend out, but when referencing what’s listed on their website, the rv we were issued, was the exact rv listed under what would have been just the midsized, not the deluxe. Was unfortunate we didn’t have a couch as planned as there was not enough seating inside for 6 as stated, and not everyone could sit inside together at the same time. Also the queen size bed in the back was very sloped and sagged in the middle. Other than that, the service was great and the experience was great.

5.0Our experience renting an RV from RVR Kelowna couldn't have gone any smoother. This was our first time doing an RV vacation and the staff at RVR were extremely helpful in getting us set up with everything that we would need. Our vehicle was ready at pick up time & the staff were very thorough in explaining all things to do with running & maintaining the vehicle that made our trip seamless. The RV was very clean & fully stocked, and we had the most wonderful adventure. I can't thank the staff enough for all of their help and we are already making plans for our next RV vacation. I would highly recommend renting from RVR Kelowna.
