• This camper is a strict smoke free environment, any violation will result in a fine up to $500. • Only dogs are allowed. Absolutely no other pet types allowed. Violation will result in a charge up to $500. • There will be a rental guide book provided in the unit should you have questions or should an unexpected situation arise. Additionally there will be contacts and information for anything else not listed. • The dumping of gray and black tanks IS NOT included in this rental. We encourage all campers to dump their own tanks, detailed instructions can be found inside the rental guide book. The dumping fee will depend on your rental site conditions. If there is a dump station present on site, dump fee will be $75, if not present the dump fee will be $150. • If either the gray or black tank is clogged by neglect, charges will apply. • If any items are missing or damaged that were included with the RV rental, the owner will fairly price the repair/replacement (+$50 service fee if not reported). • Late fee of $25 per hour will apply if past the check in or out time. If over 2 hours on check in your reservation may be cancelled without refund. A daily rate charge will be applied if over 2 hours past the scheduled check out/drop off time. • Additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, sand or neglect.
