Supportive, but communication inconsistencies
Host Derek is generally very responsive, friendly, and helpful, often providing instructions and making processes smooth. However, one guest experienced communication issues regarding a missing key, difficulties reaching him for checkout, and an unprepared black tank/fridge during delivery.
Comfortable beds and efficient AC
The Aspen Trail Bunkhouse features comfortable main/queen beds and efficient AC. It's often clean and spacious. Minor issues included occasional cleanliness concerns, a full black tank, a slow-cooling refrigerator, and a missing key. Bunk beds may benefit from toppers.

4.0The camper itself was nice and clean, but we had some issues with communication. We chose delivery and set up and immediately after the host set up the camper and left, we realized from a horrible smell coming from the bathroom that the black tank was completely full. Additionally, the host didn’t tell us until drop off that there was no key for the camper, which would have been good to know ahead of time. The refrigerator took a very, very long time to cool down. Other times when we’ve rented campers for delivery, the host will turn the camper on for the drive over so that the camper will cool down before set up. The main bed is very comfortable, but you may want to bring mattress toppers for the bunk beds in the back. Finally, we had a really hard time getting in touch with the host for check out. Overall, the camper is very nice and worked well for our trip, but communication and hospitality could have been better.
