No pets unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur extra charges.
Driver requirements: Must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license. Only approved drivers may operate the RV.
No climbing on the roof. Any roof damage will be charged to the renter.
Fuel: RV must be returned with the same fuel level it was provided (diesel).
Dumping tanks: Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to return unless dump service is prepaid.
Late returns: Must be approved in advance. Late returns may incur additional nightly charges.
Tolls, tickets, and violations are the responsibility of the renter.
Awning use: Retract awning during wind or when unattended to avoid damage.
Travel restrictions: No off-roading, mudding, or driving on unpaved roads.
Cleaning: Light cleaning expected (trash removed, surfaces wiped). Excessive mess will result in additional fees.
