Support responsiveness varies

Team provided helpful acclimation/road support for some. However, guests reported unresponsiveness to broken equipment issues and lack of concern upon return.

Equipment malfunctions & cleanliness concerns

Cleanliness varied greatly; some units were dirty with crumbs/filthy showers. Mechanical issues included non-working leveling legs, refrigerator controls, and clogged toilets.

RV was not cleaned prior to receiving. Crumbs all over couch and bed. Floors were covered in dirt. Shower was filthy. Multiple pieces of equipment not working. No response to calls/messages for assistance with broken equipment. At return all issues pointed out and employee didn’t care at all. Will not be renting here again. Very disappointed.

We have a fleet of 35 rentals both pull behinds & motorized. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for our motor homes. We do allow towing @ no charge with our motor homes max weight 5.000lbs. We are the only company that rents current year models year-round. Plus, ours are fully loaded meaning, they do come with multiple TV's inside. Power awnings, generators (drivable motorhomes only), full kitchen, and full bath. Our rentals are more like one you would own. Check the competition, no one does what we do!
