Like new Thor Vegas RUV (recreation utility vehicle). Super roomy for a 25' RV with one bedroom slide straight back. Comfortably sleeps 5 with jackknife couch, drop-down bed above front seats, and plenty of storage space inside and lots of basement storage.This unit has a rear queen bed with comfortable mattress & privacy pull-down blinds. A removable table sits in front of the couch, which folds down to a two person bed. Pots, pans, flatware, dishes, wine opener, paper towels, cleaning products, etc., are also included.Full bathroom with shower and all the essentials, including towels and TP! Kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-door refrigerator/freezer, gas 3-burner stove, double sink, and an included coffee maker. Large mirrored closet for hanging clothes or coats. Lots of drawers for clothing, and plenty of storage cabinets to stow your bags or supplies. 3 TV’s, and DVD player, cable TV hook up, and USB ports for charging devices. One recessed TV in the living room, one in bedroom and one outside.There is a large under unit storage area that has plenty of room for you to add any personal equipment, and we can provide a bike rack if you want to load your bikes for the journey. If you haven't taken an RV vacation yet, this is the perfect size and class of rig to start out with. We store our rv at a couple different locations, so we can meet you at a convenient location. Park your vehicle safely inside the secure facility while you are "glamping" around the Golden State. Exterior LED track lighting, 18 foot electric awning. All the comforts of a home on wheels that you can take with you around the Golden State.Dogs allowed $100.00 pet fee per dog up to 35 pounds, 2 dog limit. Dog fee will be taken out of security deposit, along with any other additional cleaning fees.We love sharing our home-away-from-home with you, please be aware of the following requests we have to ensure our home on wheels gets returned to us in the same condition it was received. Please wash and replace all dishes and utensils. The bathroom toilet and shower must be wiped down before returning the RV. The refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven must be wiped down as well. Please sweep the floor and make sure there are no stains on the upholstery or beds. There will be extra charges if these basic requests have not been completed. Please be courteous and considerate of other guests and care for our home away from home to avoid extra charges.

Do not climb on the roof. The ladder is strictly for roof repair, not for hanging out. Absolutely no smoking in the RV, this includes while driving. If you leave a vehicle in our yard, we charge $100/vehicle. Fill up the fuel before returning the RV (we do not require propane to be full).
