Communicative and accommodating hosts
Erin and Bibin provide thorough instructions, quick responses, and were flexible for pickup. They are friendly and welcoming. One guest, however, reported issues with photo evidence for a damage charge.
Easy and comfortable to drive
This 24-foot Thor Chateau is new, clean, and handles well even in mountains. It's well-equipped with solar/generator and an electric fridge, but the heater may struggle in extreme cold, and the fridge can quickly drain the battery when dry camping.

5.0We rented this 2024 Thor Chateau for three nights of dry camping at Plumas-Eureka State Park with our toddler, our baby, and our 15 lb dog, and the whole experience was smooth start to finish. Erin and Bibin communicated quickly from booking through drop-off, had the rig clean and ready, and gave us a thorough walkthrough at pickup. We’re newer to RVing and left feeling confident with all the systems. The Chateau handled the climb into the mountains without any drama and was easy to drive for a 24-footer. Our campground had no hookups, so the solar plus a few generator hours a day kept us comfortable the whole trip. Great family rig and great host. We'd definitely rent from the Erin and Bibin again!

2.0The hosts are delightful people but the RV did not perform as we had hoped. We experienced an unusual harsh winter storm when we arrived in Yellowstone Nat. park on 6/26/26. We had rain and snow for 4 days with temp. down to 31 degrees. This RV battery is powered primarily by solar, and then by generator. Under the weather conditions, the solar was useless. We used the generator when allowed between (8 am to 8 PM). The heater worked for two days, and then it would not turn on. The nights were miserably cold. A propane powered heating system would have been preferable. P.S. Be aware that there is NO cell service in Yellowstone so there is no way to get assistance. No compensation for this lack of heat has been received.
