*** Camper requires a 50 amp plug in for electric****This camper is truly a home away from home. There is plenty of space for everyone, so you won't feel like you are in a cramped camper!The master has a brand new queen bed (replaced 6/25),with plenty of storage and direct access to the full size bathroom. There is a cozy full size loft bed over the main living area and queen bunk beds in the 16 ft garage area. In the living area you will find a fireplace and a leather couch that is heated and massaging!The camper comes fully stocked with all your toiletries, towels, blankets and pillows. We have made sure to stock the kitchen with silverware, hand towels, pots and pans. You can spend all day outdoors and have a comfortable and cozy place to come back too.*Any costs for damages will be taken from your deposit.*Dumping fee will be taken from deposit.*Any evidence of smoking in the camper will result in the loss of your total depositCe qui est inclus• Toilet paper

Check out Checklist • Any used linens and towels need to be placed on the floor of the living area. • Dishes, silverware, pots and pans need to be cleaned and put away. • Empty all trash cans and remove from camper. • Awnings need to be put back in. • All doors and windows closed. • Fridge and freezer needs to be empty • Outside chairs or equipment used needs to be returned to the outside storage compartment. • Please leave keys on the kitchen counter *Any evidence of smoking in the camper will result in the loss of your total deposit. *There will be a $150.00 fee if the camper is left excessively dirty. • There is a $75.00 fee if the gray and black tanks are used and need to be emptied upon return.
