Very easy to tow. In like-new condition. Can sleep up-to 6 including 2 kids. Spacious with the slide-out extended. A full kitchen, full bath and lots of sleeping/sitting space for your family.Basic necessities like dish soap, toiletries, bed covers/sheets, pillow covers, tableware, pots and pan, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, camping chairs(3), table fans are provided. Will also include 2 pillows if requested.Portable propane grill, a thick mattress for dinette conversion, a Solo Stove for campfires, a generator for boondocking, an electric scooter for moving around in campground, portable sewer tote and several other items available upon request. Our most go-to places are nearby Texas State Parks like Inks Lake, Guadalupe River, Pedernales, Garner, Palmetto, Bastrop etc. We were RV renters before we transitioned to owning ourselves and understand what a typical renter is looking for and work hard towards making the renting experience pleasant. I alerted this guest that night temperatures during his upcoming trip would drop to 18 F. I advised him that water can freeze in the lines at such low temperatures and it’s best to not use water in such weather. To that he responded by canceling the reservation. a day earlier. This review is clearly retaliatory since he didn’t even rent the RV.
