5.0I am a first time RV-er. Jeff was patient and quick to answer my many questions. He went to extra step to upgrade the battery on the solar system to ensure sufficient power to operate a CPAP without the need for a 30-amp hookup. Pick up and drop off were a breeze, very informative for a first-time user.
