If there are damages, please let us know. Damage and excessive cleaning fees will be held from the deposit.Full delivery and setup service is available. This includes delivery of the trailer to your campsite, hook up, and set-up, break down, waste tank dump and return delivery. Please clean the trailer before checking out. If you decide to leave the trailer cleaning to us, you will be charged our cleaning fee.For self-trailer: Minimum half-ton vehicle (full-size truck or SUV) with proper weight distribution and sway control is required (we can supply hitch). Bumper to tongue length is 25'. Self-trailering guests are required to return the unit with waste tanks empty. Everything needed to drain the tanks before you leave your campground is included. If the camper is returned unemptied after self-trailering, a fee will be held from your deposit to cover our time/cost getting to a waste dump location.

5This is the 2nd time my wife and I have rented from Denise & Andrew and there’s good reason. They are friendly, professional, courteous and excellent communicators. Bottom line: We had another terrific experience and would happily rent from them again.

5Super comfy! Had everything we needed for a perfect camping trip. My favorite part was the built-in outdoor griddle! So nice to be outside with the group while cooking instead of alone inside! The master bed was amazingly comfortable and Andrew made sure we had everything we needed including smores sticks and ingredients!!! They really thought of everything!! I would definitely like to rent from Andrew and Denise again!!!

5We had a great time in the bunk house! We really loved the little touches of complimentary camping chairs, tables, game basket, s’mores basket and of course the dog beds! Delivery and pick up was extra $ but well worth it. A very easy and seamless process. We will definitely rent from Andrew and Denise again!

5I recently rented a trailer and had a fantastic experience. The host was exceptional, showing great attention to detail with thoughtful additions that clearly aimed to ensure a memorable stay. The trailer was in excellent condition—soft bedding, new towels, and a spotless interior made for a very comfortable stay. The effort put into preparing the trailer was evident and much appreciated. I will definitely be renting again in the future!

What time will the camper to be ready at the campsite? For the self-trailering option, what are your pick-up and drop-off times?
R.
For our delivery and set-up service, typically we deliver at 3p, and pickup at 11a. We'll coordinate drop-off and pick-up times with you. If you self-trailer our camper, pickup is best at 9-10a, and drop off 3-5p. We can work with you to arrange the best times.

What size trailer should the campground site accommodate?
R.
When you rent your campground site in advance of your trip, select a site that can comfortably accommodate a 25' long trailer that is 8' wide (the box is 21' plus 3 feet of tongue). There are no slide-outs in the trailer, and the awning at full extension is approximately 8' off of the passenger side of the trailer.

Do you only deliver the camper, or can we trailer it to our destination?
R.
Self trailering is available. For self-trailering we require that you have min 1/2 ton Truck or 1/2 ton SUV, and that you have experience towing 6000 pounds in the mountains.

How many adults or children can comfortably sleep on the bunks and dinette?
R.
The bunks and dinette can each accommodate up to two small adults or children; or one single large adult each.
