Whether your off to a festival or the forest, enjoy camping good times and comfort in our Jayco Whitehawk Bunkhouse Summit Edition - 28' of camping space for 10 people, with a slide out, and it is 1/2 ton towable!**Welcome Burners )'( !!! Our Burningman Rental Rate is a Flat Fee of $7,000 for Wednesday, August 27 - Monday, September 1 (includes linens, pillows, towels, and kitchen essentials). Additional nights outside of these dates are $1,000 per night; Bring your own generator, or rent our pair of Honda suitcase generators suitable to operate the a/c and everything else for $1,000 flat rate; the security deposit is $3,500.To receive the $3,500 security deposit back in full, our camper must be returned clean and undamaged. We’re burners from way back and understand there will be signs of it being on the playa after you’ve spent your time getting it as clean as it was when you picked it up. If it comes back and we see you haven’t cleaned it at all, only removing your personal items, we will retain a minimum $2,500 of your security deposit, and up to the full $3,500 deposit. We also understand you won’t have the time to get into the cracks and crevices. We anticipate this and have included in our flat rate/nightly fee the time that we’ll spend cleaning the areas that you won’t be able to reach.We offer Flat Rate delivery options: Reno-$600; Fernley-$1,000; Gerlach-$2,500. To self tow from our location at Tahoe, or From any of these locations where we will deliver, you must have a suitable vehicle to tow it to the playa and back. The bunkhouse also offers an exterior kitchen with propane BBQ and mini-fridge, stereo, couch and cozy dinette, a touch-button electric awning, and an outdoor shower to wash off after a day of adventures. Sleeping options include a queen-size bed, a converted dinette, a converted couch and spacious double-sized bunk beds. 5.0Denise and Andrew were definitely “super hosts” as they really made sure our trip was perfect! The trailer came with everything we could possibly need. Andrew set it up, even providing camp games, chairs and outdoor rug. Really so nice! It made our trip so comfortable!!! The air conditioner saved us in the heat! When I had questions, they were quick to respond with helpful tips and never made me feel like I was bothering them!!! Would definitely rent from them again in the future!!

Please take care and return our trailer as you received it! No climbing on the roof. No smoking inside. Pets may NOT be left alone in our trailer.
•Burning Man Cleaning and Damage (or any dry lake bed camping)
Bookings for Burning Man or other alkali lake bed camping do NOT include cleaning. Guests are expected to perform, or pay for a DETAILED cleaning, and waste tank dump to return the RV to us in the same condition as received. If the RV is returned in unsatisfactory condition, a portion of the "additional burningman deposit" may be withheld, up to the full amount.
• Burning Man Insurance
Due to the increased risk to RVs at Burning Man, the rental insurance company considers it an "unauthorized event" and does NOT provide coverage for the RV on event grounds nor does it cover damage from playa dust, anything mechanical or electrical, or vandalism. The insurance offers liability-only coverage to and from the event to ensure the RV is road legal. If the RV is involved in a covered loss and you are at fault: the RV is not covered, only other people's property is covered. The liability-only coverage is provided at the state minimum level of coverage. Our nightly rates, and additional deposit reflect this lack of coverage and are set to cover our interests in the trailer and it's contents.
•As rental costs and deposits may be non refundable in the event of major damage or total loss, we strongly suggest Burner guests purchase their own insurance coverage.
