I rented an rv from your company for the Melenated Campout in Cordele GA this past week. Reservation #10032992 I wanted to let you know we have had several problems with the trailer and service this past week in Cordele GA. We got there Thursday evening and found the porter had locked the keys inside the trailer. We had to wait til almost 10 pm before they could come and unlock it. Then the water would not work. The pump did not have any pressure. Magen said she would send a porter out to fix it but from what we can tell he never looked at the water. I end up messing with the water connection myself to get a little more water to come out. We could t use the bathroom sink and the kitchen trickled the whole time. We were able to get enough from the shower to get us through the weekend . But still not what we paid for The Airconditioning unit banged and rattled so loud that it kept not just us but everyone camping outside of our rv up at night. It sound like a bad running generator. When it came on it shook the whole trailer And finally I paid $77 to have all the kitchen wares. The kit only had the plastic plates , bowls and utensils. What we did not get was: pots skillets, forks spoons. Knives for cooking. No whisk coffee filters Which was supposed to be included for the weekend No pots pans or anything to cook with. No dish towels Or what was included in my contract. Magen sent an electric griddle but that is not what we needed. When i asked her for a pot she said she didn’t have one for us. And that one of her porters must have thrown it out ??!!!! There were no linens for the beds. We had to go buy some sheets. We’ve rented rvs for this event for the past 5 years and have never rented an RV where we had to pay extra for kitchen utensils, and there are no linens on the beds. Usually the RVs come fully equipped with all we needed and all we need to do is move in. I really feel we need to be compensate for all of this inconvenience. We paid way too much money to be this disappointed. I really would like to get a refund for the $77 I spent for a full kitchen set I did not receive. And some other compensation for all the other inconveniences that took our fun this weekend Please let me know what can be done to make us feel compensated
