Custom Camper VanOur rig is a 2015 Ford Transit passenger style van. It is a 149" wheelbase with a mid roof that comfortably accommodates two adults under 5’8’’. Sunnyside is designed with functionality and luxury comfort in mind. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light, the polished interior design and fine quality of features create a top-notch
vanlife experience.Sunnyside is equipped with a three-burner propane gas stove plus an oven. Whether you want to make your favorite camping meal from scratch, or pop in a quick pizza, we got you. A generous size, solar-operated refrigerator will keep your ingredients cool on the road. A custom cut butcher block countertop makes your preparation as convenient as if you were at home, not to mention the great amount of overhead storage space and large sink. We provide quality cookware and flatware, essential spices and cooking oil, anything you may need for cooking and dining. Open your space into a little studio by utilizing our custom swivel seats for both driver and passenger sides.Privacy and comfort are essentials. To keep you cozy throughout the different weather conditions, we have equipped Sunnyside with the following: 3M thinsulate insulation, MaxxFan Air fan, tinted windows, blackout window shades and blackout curtain. Additionally, a full-size bed, two pillows, and fresh sheets are included.Bring your best friend along the way. We know how much it means being able to travel with your pets, so much that we have built-in a custom crate for their safety and privacy. We have also made sure to keep enough free space for your adventure gear. Bring your paddle board, hiking or camping gear. We include 2 camping chairs, a camping pop-up table, exterior lights, and a carpet to expand your wings. We are located on the AB1 shuttle route that commutes between the Denver International Airport and Boulder. The shuttle comes at least once an hour, 7 days a week. It is fast, affordable, and as easy as it gets! Further details can be provided upon request.

3. No Driving over 70mph, regardless of speed limit.
4. This is a rear-wheel drive vehicle and is not designed for traveling on non-paved or unmaintained roads.
5. We do not allow the usage of the camper van’s rooftop. Any evidence of the rooftop usage may result in the complete loss of your security deposit.
6. There is no smoking allowed in this van. Storage, transportation, or use of any illegal drugs is prohibited and will forfeit your entire security deposit.
7. Thetford Porta Potty: This toilet is designed for #1 purposes only. In the event that evidence of feces is found, a deep cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged. Only the provided RV safe toilet paper is allowed in the holding tank. No feminine napkins or tampons, diapers, tissues, napkins, etc.
8. Please return the van in the condition you received it: take out any and all trash and personal items, sweep floor, wipe counters, fill up the gas tank and empty the grey water tank. No need to pull sheets or fill propane.
9. Late Return of the vehicle results in a $50.00 per hour fine, charged by the hour.
No refunds on early returns.
10. We are pet friendly, but if you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $250 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit. If any large amounts of pet hair are left upon return, you will be charged a full Deep Cleaning Fee of $300.00 for this to be removed. Do not allow pets on any fabric or furniture, any and all damages will be taken out of your deposit.

Hello there and thanks for checking in! We are an outdoorsy family who loves to give and create memorable experiences. We have lived in beautiful Colorado for 7+ years now, and have always been eager to spend as much time outdoors, as one can. For this purpose, we spent months and months to build out our own conversion, with our four hands, and luxury convenience and functionality in mind. We took a leap and decided to make dreams come through, and traveled along the west coast for 3 months. This was such a life-changing experience for us, that we thought everyone should have the opportunity to experience such. And that is why we are here. :) Our adventures would not have been the same without our pup, Winston. We designed our van to provide convenience and safety to our best friends.

Our hosts were friendly, giving with their time, and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The van was clean, well-appointed, drove great, with a really beautiful layout and finish. The overall experience was outstanding!

We had an amazing experience. Szilvia was very thorough during the walkthrough, and we felt very comfortable during our trip. They custom built their van and had so many great details. I hope to rent from them again in the future.

This camper rental was the absolute best! It was definitely designed as a home away from home from all the cooking tools, comfy bed, comfortable driving experience, and much more! We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day camping experience. Szilvia and John were very responsive in their communication and flexible with accommodating our needs/wants. They were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend renting from them!

Cannot say enough good things about our rental. Before, during and after was such a smooth and helpful process. They offered an idea for transportation after landing at the airport and arriving to pick up the van. We were shown how everything in the van worked so we were completely confident before we took off. We could tell immediately how much they took pride in wanting us to have the best vacation and experience with how much thought they put into the little details that go along with the van life. It was a nice little bonus finding out the van was pet friendly so our little long haired dachshund could tag along for the adventure. We loved the outdoor shower but really loved the propane stove! So easy to open the side door, cook our meals and have an awesome view of the scenery the West has to offer. We had no problems during our trip but I know if we did they would be there to offer assistance quickly. . Dropping the van off was another smooth and easy process. I know if and when we make it back over to the west we will for sure love to rent this van again.
