I'm still quite frustrated with my experience so I'll keep this review factual to keep it as unbiased as possible. My wife and I are inexperienced with RVs, and have only rented one in the past a couple of years ago. For this reason, we paid for an in-person walkthrough when taking delivery of the RV. We were driving the RV to a music festival and primarily needed it for the AC, shower and restroom. The day of the walkthrough, we were told this unit's auto-leveling system wasn't functioning. Then it started beeping and wouldn't stop, and we had a minor delay while they disconnected it entirely. The representative insisted it wasn't a big deal, and the only issue we would face is being able to use every bit of the water stored if it wasn't level. We asked about whether it would impact anything like drainage and were assured it wouldn't be a problem. This inaccurate miscommunication is basically what completely ruined our trip. When we got to the festival, the grounds we got had a slight incline forward. No big deal we thought, we can just keep topping off the fresh water because that's what we were told would be affected. We first tried the shower and realized the water was always pooling to one side and refusing to drain until we were ankle deep. We contacted them and asked them what we could do. It was only now that we were told that the leveling would impact how the shower drains and we would have to put some blocks under our wheels to level it out. Information that would have been helpful before we were now surrounded by other festival goers without a lot of room to maneuver. What added to the frustration, was that we were told that we could have been offered a different unit and this never happened.Given we didn't intend to sit ankle deep in dirty water while showering, we unfortunately had to use the paid showers on site. After doing this for a few days, we decided to bite the bullet and just deal with the water pooling at our feet for the convenience of being able to shower in the RV. That's when we noticed the heater wasn't functioning. Later during a phone walk through with them, it turned out the propane was turned off. It still wouldn't work. Then it turned out the switch for the heater was physically taped shut, and that fixed the issue. We're now on day 5 or 6, and our toilet is clogged. It turns out that because of the leveling, it's not draining correctly and even flushing out the black water doesn't do much to unclog it because of the angle. The RV techs at the grounds said as much, and that there wasn't anything else we could do.After we left the festival, we parked overnight at a KOA campsite that was relatively level and the toilet unclogged with no action on our side, and everything else worked as expected.I don't mind overlooking the heater switch being taped shut (which should have been caught in any pre-delivery inspection ideally) but the communication around the impact of leveling was completely inaccurate at the time we took delivery of the unit. It was only after the fact when we were talking about these issues that they said the leveling could impact multiple aspects, and we should have been offered another unit.As helpful as they tried to be after things went wrong, it couldn't do much to improve our experience. Our negative experience all boils down to a critical function not working, and communication about that issue being poor at the time of delivery. That's reflected in my rating for communication and mechanical. We also weren't able to use the RV for the shower (and for a part of our trip the restroom too) so that reflects our 2-star rating in terms of "value".The unit was clean, starlink internet worked as expected and the pickup and drop-off were seamless. The listing itself is also accurate and does a good job of representing the unit.
